Data Collected
Personal Data
Most of the data processed is information that Users have explicitly given to Tango. Like almost all other organisations, we collect, store and use data, including personal data.
Some of this data comes from our website; it may be provided by the User (for example if you complete a form) or may be automatically collected by the third party (for example, if a User accepts cookies). We may also store data provided by Users on telephone calls or texts (for example, to register for a course).
Sensitive data
All data is stored in electronic form, except sensitive data. Sensitive data is provided in person or by telephone and is stored for the duration of service provision only in physical written format not attached to any other data. We do not collect, store, or use sensitive (special category) data unless we need to provide services. We record this data for the minimum time possible, which is why it is not stored electronically on a server.
The specific reasons we collect sensitive data are shown in the table under.
We do not record ethnicity during the course of our business unless required to do so by a client, in which case an addendum to this policy will be issued. However, it may be inferred based on other information given to us by the User.
Sharing and Transferring Data
We do not sell data. We do not share data except with User knowledge. For example, if Users pay through the website, the payment processor will have that information; if Users complete a form on the website, it will be stored on servers owned by our website host.
